World Photo Arts holds the host rights to a portfolio of mature cultural brands which means we are responsible for their ongoing governance, creative standards, photographer community and the annual cycles that give these awards their standing.
That responsibility has been exercised without interruption for over twenty years. The result is a body of work and a network of relationships that makes these platforms genuinely meaningful to the thousands of photographers who participate in them each year.
World Photo Arts selects and convenes an international jury for each award cycle, drawing from the world's leading galleries, auction houses, museums and cultural institutions. The jury process is independent, documented and consistent year after year.
We built and maintain the full digital infrastructure for all four platforms including submission systems, galleries, digital publications and video production, all developed in-house over two decades for reliability and scale.
Every edition produces a digital book, video reels and a gallery exhibition. We maintain a 20-year archive of award-winning photography, one of the most substantial in the field. Every winner and nominee joins a permanent record that remains accessible and documented, building a cumulative credential that strengthens over time.
We maintain direct relationships with 18,000+ professional and emerging photographers across 132 countries, communicating with them across the award cycle through platform communications, publications and events. The result is a peer group that spans every major market in the world.
As host, World Photo Arts is responsible for maintaining the identity, standards and reputation of all four brands, ensuring that what partners, judges, photographers and the wider art world associate with these awards remains at the highest level.

The Photoshow is the first and only online gala ceremony of its kind, drawing tens of thousands of viewers to the live-streamed event. Sealed results opened on-air to a global audience of photographers, collectors, industry professionals and partners.
Work is reviewed and recognised by a Jury of world renowned leaders from 100+ institutions, including Artnet, Sotheby's, Bonhams, ABC Entertainment, Netflix and more, providing exposure to the art world's most significant professional network.
Every winner and nominee is archived in the platform's permanent online collection and part of a 20-year body of work comprising more than 95,000 images, constituting one of the most substantial archives of photography.
